When you visit www.wisepenniesacademy.co.uk, please use it properly. Don't try to cause any trouble or use our site for anything illegal or nasty. All the words, pictures, and course information on our website belong to us or we have permission to use them. You can look at it all, but please don't copy it or use it for your own business without asking us first.

When you book a course with us, you're buying a spot in that specific learning session. You'll need to pay the full course fee when you book. Once your payment goes through, we'll send you an email to confirm your place. This email will have all the bits you need to know for your course – like the dates, times, and anything you should bring along. Please double-check your details, especially your email, when you sign up.

We get it, sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your spot on a course, please let us know straight away. Here's how it works:

• If you tell us more than 14 days before the course starts, you'll get a full refund.
• If you tell us between 7 and 14 days before the course, we'll give you half your money back (a 50% refund).
• If you cancel less than 7 days before the course, or just don't turn up on the day, we can't offer a refund.

Sometimes, we might be able to move you to a different course date if there's space, but we can't promise that. If we, Wise Pennies Academy, have to cancel a course for any reason, we'll always give you a full refund or offer you another suitable course date.

When you come to one of our courses, please be on time and ready to learn. We ask that you treat our instructors and your fellow students with respect. The advice and information we share is for general learning and education; it's not specific financial advice for your personal situation. You are responsible for making your own financial choices. We won't be held responsible for any decisions you make after attending our courses.

We promise to deliver our courses with proper care and to the best of our ability. Our instructors know their stuff and aim to make even trickier money topics easy to get your head around. We'll make sure it's a friendly, helpful place to learn. We'll give you clear, useful information to help you manage your money better. But, we can't promise specific financial outcomes, as everyone's life and money situation is different.

Any handouts, worksheets, or digital bits we give you during our courses are for your own personal use only. Please don't copy them, share them with others, or use them to run your own workshops or courses. They're our hard work, and we'd appreciate you respecting that.

While we always do our very best, we can't be held responsible for things that are out of our direct control. This includes any loss or damage that wasn't directly caused by us, or any financial decisions you make based on the general education we've given you. Our courses are about teaching you how to think about money, not telling you exactly what to do with yours.

We might need to update these terms every now and then. If we do, we'll put the new version on our website and update the date at the top of this page. It's a good idea to pop back here sometimes to see if anything's been tweaked. The terms that count will always be the ones you see on our website at the time you use our services.

These terms and conditions are looked after by the laws of England and Wales. If there's ever a disagreement that we can't sort out nicely between ourselves, it'll be dealt with in the courts of England and Wales. This just means it's clear about which country's rules apply to us all.
